Client Engagement Policy
At Float Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality website development and digital marketing services. Our engagement process is as follows:
- Consultation: Clients are required to provide detailed project requirements during the initial consultation.
- Agreement & Invoice: A formal proposal outlining scope, timelines, and costs will be provided.
- Communication: All communications shall be documented via email or messaging applications for reference.
- Revisions & Approvals: Clients are responsible for timely feedback to avoid delays in project delivery.
Payment Policy
- A 70% upfront payment is required before project commencement.
- The remaining 30% balance must be paid upon project completion before the final handover.
- All payments should be made via approved payment channels. Using the Issued Invoice
- Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeline may result in project suspension.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued if Float Digital is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal constraints.
- No refunds will be made once the project has commenced, except in exceptional cases determined by Float Digital.
- If a client cancels a project before completion, a prorated refund may be considered based on work completed.
- Digital marketing services are non-refundable once the campaign has begun.
Website Development Job Review Policy
- First Review: Upon completion of the initial development phase, the client will receive a preview link to review the website and provide feedback.
- Second Review: After implementing the first set of revisions, a second and final review will be conducted for minor tweaks before the official launch.
- Any further revisions beyond the second review will attract additional charges.
Post-Development Maintenance & Retainership
- Float Digital provides six (6) months of free maintenance post-launch to cover minor bug fixes and security updates.
- After six months, clients may opt for a retainer plan to ensure continued website maintenance and updates.
- Retainership fees will be agreed upon based on the scope of maintenance required. Failure to subscribe to a retainership plan may result in additional costs for future updates and support.
Digital Marketing Policy
- Clients must provide all necessary content (text, images, and videos) for marketing campaigns.
- Marketing strategies will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.
- Performance reports will be shared periodically based on agreed metrics.
- Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control.
- All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential.
- Float Digital will not share or sell client data to third parties.
- Clients are responsible for the security of their login credentials once the project is handed over.
Termination of Services
When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control.
- Either party may terminate the contract with written notice.
- In case of termination, the client will be required to pay for all work completed up to that point.
- Any outstanding payments must be cleared before final handover of project files.
